At Embody Her, we’re more than a coaching service; we’re a sanctuary for women and young girls who are ready to reclaim their power. My name is Angela Morris, I work as a certified Mindset and Transformation Coach, but my expertise goes beyond certifications—I’ve lived through my own trials of addiction, sexual exploitation, trauma, and survival. I understand what it feels like to be at rock bottom, and I know the courage it takes to climb out.

This space is built for those who want real healing, grounded in empathy and perseverance. I’m not here to sugarcoat the process. Healing isn’t pretty or easy—it’s raw, real, and at times, messy. But if you’re ready to face your pain and turn it into purpose, you’re in the right place. Here, we focus on mindset as the foundation of change, because without a healthy, realistic perspective, it’s impossible to take control of your life. I believe in each person’s power to rebuild, and I’m here to guide you in rediscovering that strength within yourself.
